PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship the goods with Bring/Posten and offer standard shipping NOK 99. For purchases over NOK 1299, there is free shipping (applies to addresses in Norway). Shipping abroad NOK 349. See separate info about shipments abroad .
We prioritize packing and shipping your order as soon as possible. Delivery time is estimated at 1-6 business days after the item is shipped from our warehouse. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
You can pick up the package at the nearest PostNord / Posten delivery point. Smaller shipments will be delivered to your mailbox.
You also have the option to choose a delivery address other than your private address.
Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery point on the same day the goods are received.
If you do not pick up the package at the delivery location within 7 days, the package will be returned to Torrfisk.no. Return costs of NOK 100 are covered by the customer.
If incomplete or incorrect information regarding name/delivery address is registered when ordering, which means that the goods cannot be delivered, a return cost of NOK 100 will be charged to the customer.
RETURN OF ITEM(S)
You are free to change your mind! Everyone who purchases goods at Norsnacks.com has a 14-day cancellation period in accordance with the Norwegian Purchase Act. The right of withdrawal applies from the time the item is received. When returning, the item(s) must be unopened and the packaging undamaged.
When you return the products you will receive a refund.
The buyer/customer covers the return shipping.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal without collecting the item at the delivery location, a return cost of NOK 100 will be incurred, which will be covered by the customer.
How to return items purchased from Norsnacks.com:
1. Fill out the return form and attach it to the item(s) to be returned. Download the right of withdrawal form here.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Remember that you are responsible for ensuring that the returned goods are safely packaged.
3. Mark the package with Nortrend AS, Blåbærvegen 45, 9024 Tomasjord
4. The package is delivered to a post office or mail-in store.
5. When submitting the package, it is important that you keep the receipt so that the shipment can be tracked.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.

Injuries and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
